
The Supportworks Dealer Network began with a grand idea: to redefine the contractor industry. As an original member of the Creative team, I had the opportunity to lead and collaborate with an amazing group of designers and videographers on many incredible projects, ranging from massive events to virtual education, in-app onboarding, and TV commercials.
Our team’s main goal was to create visually compelling, engaging, and informative content that effectively communicated the brand’s values and services to its customers. We worked closely with the marketing, product and sales teams to ensure that all of our projects aligned with the company’s overall vision and messaging.
One of the most exciting projects that I worked on was the yearly Conference openers. Each were highly anticipated by the 1000+ Dealers as a rallying cry for the upcoming year. The first opener was such a huge success for the company that we were able to create multi-channel assets contributing to 100s of new dealers joining the network and millions in annual revenue generated.
Another project I am particularly proud of is our virtual education platform. It was created to onboard, train, and empower new contractors, and it proved to be a challenging yet rewarding project. I collaborated closely with our Learning and Development team to develop an internal collaborative learning network, which we revamped to allow our in-house experts to become L&D collaborators. This enabled us to help everyone upskill quickly and continuously, all from within our organization’s HUB.
Overall, my time at the Supportworks Dealer Network was incredibly rewarding, and I’m proud to have been part of such a talented and dedicated team.
